Private firearm registry

Your collection never
leaves your phone.

Serials, photos, receipts and values — behind Face ID, on your device only. And when the worst day comes, one tap builds the exact PDF it calls for: an insurance inventory, a police theft report, or an estate sheet for your family.

Why this matters

A stolen firearm without a serial on record
is a story, not a report.

Police flag stolen firearms by serial number — and from memory, most owners can't produce one. Insurers pay documented value, and many home policies quietly cap firearm theft at a sub-limit a single rifle can exceed. And one day your family will need to know what exists, where it is, and what to do with it. All three problems have the same answer: records that already exist.

🔒

A registry only you hold

No cloud, no account, no server — your collection exists on your phone and nowhere else. Face ID protects the whole app. That's not a feature, it's the point.

🏷️

Serials, the right way

Photograph the serial plate, scan barcodes from boxes, and see at a glance which firearms still have no serial on record — the one field police and insurers ask for first.

📄

Six PDFs for every worst day

Insurance inventory; police ID sheet with serials, no prices; estate sheet for your family; a compact edition for email; a receipts-and-appraisals bundle; a photo sheet of every firearm and serial plate. Each cover is badge-labeled for its reader.

📉

Disposition, not deletion

Sold, transferred, stolen — a registry keeps history. Mark the status with a date and who has it now; the record stays as your proof, the value drops from your total.

💵

Values that mean something

What you paid and what it's worth now, per firearm and for the collection. Standard home policies often cap firearm theft at a small sub-limit — know when you've outgrown it.

🧰

The whole safe, organized

Storage locations (safe, cabinet, range bag), accessories and optics, upkeep reminders — cleaning, dehumidifier checks, permit expiration. Caliber chips learn YOUR calibers: add your wildcats once, they're one tap forever.

Local-first

Cloud gun vaults are a contradiction in terms.

The leading collection apps sync your list to their servers and charge a yearly subscription for it. We built the opposite: no account to create, no server to trust, no recurring fee. Export an encrypted-by-you backup to Files whenever you choose — and keep a printed copy of your reports in the safe, where a registry belongs.

  • Nothing leaves your phone. No server, no account, no analytics — your records live on-device and export to your own iCloud Drive or Files.
  • Yours, even if we disappear. Cloud tools get shut down and take your data with them. A local-first app can't be switched off from a server — your records stay files you control.
  • Paid once. One-time purchase. No subscription, no upsell, updates included.

FAQ

Questions

Where is my data stored?

Only on your iPhone. No accounts, no cloud, no analytics — the app has no server to send anything to. Your registry leaves the phone only when YOU export a PDF or a backup file, through the iOS share sheet, to destinations you choose. Photos are scrubbed of location metadata the moment they're saved — a picture of your safe never carries your GPS coordinates.

Is this some kind of gun registry?

No. It's a private record-keeping tool, like a paper logbook in your safe — except searchable, photographed and ready to print. Nobody but you can see it, including us. It is not a legal record of ownership.

What happens when I sell a firearm?

Mark it Sold (or Transferred) with the date and who it went to. The record stays in your history — which is exactly what you want if questions ever come up — but it stops counting toward your collection value.

Why do I need this if I have insurance?

Insurance pays for what you can document. Many homeowners policies also cap firearm theft coverage at a sub-limit that a single modern rifle can exceed — a documented collection is how you find out you need scheduling before the loss, not after.

Does it work offline?

100% — that is the point. No account, no server, no analytics; the registry works in a safe room, a cabin or a range with no coverage. Nothing about your collection ever touches a network unless you export it yourself.

What happens when I get a new iPhone?

Everything moves with you. Your data rides along in your iPhone's own iCloud backup, and your purchase is tied to your Apple ID — restore the new phone, tap Restore Purchases, done. You never pay twice. The exportable backup file in iCloud Drive is your extra safety net.

Is it really a one-time purchase?

Yes. $19.99 once, yours forever. No subscription — unlike the cloud gun vaults that charge yearly to hold your list on their servers. All future updates are included.
